We supervised and managed ongoing demolition, renovation, start-up testing and finished handoff for two pharmaceutical plants encompassing all trades.
This required careful planning and coordination to contain demolition noise and dust and remove debris while preventing contamination and interruption to active production areas. We devised ways to move new materials and trade workers in and out of construction areas without disrupting nor contaminating clean production areas, scheduled limited shutdowns of power and remapped production paths, and built temporary isolating walls and corridors to separate construction from the rest of the active facility.
